MOGHRABIEH with chicken and meat

Steamed moghrabieh 1kg
Chicken 1kg
Meat 500g
Chickpeas 300 g
Baby onions 100 g
Butter 100 g
Caraway 50g
Cumin 30g
White pepper 10 g
Chicken broth 1 L
Salt 15 g

Let melt the butter in a pan then add the moghrabieh seeds until take gold color.
Boil the chicken and the meat with condiments then fry with onions until take gold color.
Add to the moghrabieh the boiled chickpeas, caraway, cumin, white pepper, salt, chicken broth .
Sauce : boil the chicken broth with same spices, add corn starch until become thick and smooth.
Decorate the moghrabieh , with chicken, meat, chickpeas, onions, serve the sauce separatly.
